Shipping policy
All orders are treated with speed and dedication. We aim to dispatch orders as fast as possible.
STANDARD FREE DELIVERY:
To offer the best quality/price ratio, most of our products shipped from our warehouses in USA, EU and China via registered mail, for which customers will receive tracking details as soon as they are shipped.
With the new shipping methods and couriers we use, most products are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Our new couriers launched recently and all tracking numbers are trackable on our tracking page.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
We offer expedited shipping (also free of charge) for most of our Real Carbon Fiber Products. If you need details on expedited shipping, please contact us through our contact form or call us on: +1 281-661-7956
Even though we aim to get the orders to our customers as fast as possible, you may experience delays such as transit, customs, or last-mile carrier delays. This is beyond our control, however, the tracking will provide details of all events through the journey of the product.
Please use the tracking number in the first instance if you experience delays.

To deliver your order as accurately and as fast as possible, please make sure you provide all car details when ordering. You can use the Other Details section to specify any special vehicle details.
SHIPPING TO THE USA:
All orders to the USA, are delivered via a number of shipping partners including NEWGISTICS, USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. All US orders pass through customs with no issues.
Please be aware that some countries (apart from USA) can stop parcels at the border for security checks and import taxes. These can add to total delivery times. Depending on your country's laws, some will impose extra taxes in accordance with the import laws. These extra charges are out of our control, not imposed by PimpMyEV or the couriers we use. All these taxes are government-imposed, they receive 100% of these charges. If you fail to pay these charges, parcels can be held for up to 90 days, awaiting payment. This will delay any return or refund process, and could fail to qualify for our refund policy.
